WASH AND CARE

We recommend to machine wash the eye pillow cover in cold water and then dry flat.

Heating Instructions: Remove the cover before heating the eye pillow. Lay flat in microwave and heat for 30-40 seconds. Test the temperature on the inside of your arm before use.

Tip: To re-invigorate the sensational lavender scent, scrunch pillow in your hands.

Shipping

We offer FREE Shipping all over the U.S on orders above $100

We process all orders within 24-48 hours and the average shipping time is 2-5 business days. 

 

Returns

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your date of delivery (as recorded by the shipping provider), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

In the case of merchandise, returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons; and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery; as such orders will not be accepted if returned.

All our yoga mats are final purchases- no refunds or exchanges given.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected by the quality team (has to meet all conditions), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 72 hours from the date of receiving them.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

 

Late or missing refund

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery with proof of damage. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@spiritualwarriorshop.com and send your item to:

Cancelling an order

If you have to cancel an order please do so within 24 hours of placing the order

 

Return address

To return your product, please first send us an email on info@spiritualwarriorshop.com to let us know that you will be sending them and the reason why. Please include your order number, registered email and product name. Please mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $50 USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shakti Warrior is not responsible for lost or stolen goods.

 

International Shipping 

If your item is being shipped outside the US or India, please keep in mind there might be importing duties you, or the recipient of the item will need to pay once the item arrives at its destination. These charges are independent of the international shipping cost paid when ordering, and we do not have any control over the importing duties each country charges. 

We process all orders within 24-48 hours and the average international shipping time is 4-10 business days.
