The plan:

Day 1: Positive Affirmations - Start the day by writing down 3 positive affirmations about your body. Repeat these affirmations to yourself throughout the day and remind yourself of the amazing things your body can do.
Day 2: Hydration Challenge - Drink at least 8 glasses of water today. Not only will it hydrate your body, but it will also help flush out toxins and improve your skin.
Day 3: Movement Day - Take a 30-minute walk outside or do a fun at-home workout. Remember to focus on how your body feels and how strong it is during the workout.
Day 4: Yoga Day - Take a yoga class or practice at home on our Shakti Warrior yoga mat. Yoga is a great way to connect with your body and feel more in tune with it.
Day 5: Self-Care Day - Take a relaxing bath, read a book, or do something else that makes you feel good. Remember to treat your body with kindness and love.
Day 6: Meditation Day - Take some time to meditate and focus on your breath. You can use the zen meditation pillow for added support.
Day 7: Gratitude Day - Make a list of things you're grateful for about your body. Remember to appreciate all the wonderful things it can do for you.
